How I Make Up to $4,000 a Month on Facebook and Social Media Site

My name is Darren Heslip. This is my real life story. I found a way to actually make money using my home computer and social media sites like Facebook, Twitter and Youtube . Right now I generate about $4,000 a month. Not a huge amount of money, but this is solid and real. And this is on top of my job. And in this economy that helps out a lot.

And seriously, if you aren't impressed with that, that's ok. But, you are not going to hear a fake story about how I bought some system and magically driving a Ferrari and vacationing around the world in my yacht within a couple of weeks. But, I am able to do this without pushing some network marketing company on my friends, inventing some product or service, build a complicated website or internet knowledge, or doing any one on one selling or spending huge money on marketing.

I'll start from the beginning. I've been employed by the Ford Motor Company for almost 16 years in the Human Resources Department. I work the night shift, which has always been a bit difficult on my family life. I have a beautiful wife, Adelina, and a terrific little daughter Kaylin....who are the loves of my life.

There was a time when being an auto company employee meant a good-paying job with benefits with plenty of security. American carmakers used to be the success-stories of the world. This may have been true once, but not anymore. As you know about a year and a half ago, we all started to hear rumblings about the economy. I didn't think much about it at first, but when our economy started to really crumble the auto companies were the first to feel it.

I remember sitting in front of the evening news with my wife and kids, hearing about all those layoffs, we'd just kind of look at each other. I'm sure you remember the week those carmaker CEOs were hauled in front of Congress and given a good tongue-lashing. It might have been good TV to watch for some people, but for me, a Ford employee it was downright scary. I'd lie awake at night staring at the ceiling wondering how I'd put food on the table, or buy clothes for the family if I had gotten laid off.

We were already living paycheck to paycheck. After the taxes, the mortgage, the car payments, gas, cell phone, insurance, food there was barely anything left. I felt like I was hanging on the edge of a cliff by my fingernails. The stock market crashed, foreclosures were happening everywhere. Even in my own neighborhood. It was hard to see friends and coworkers struggle.

I make a decision to do something....

I started looking around for a way, anyway, I could bring in a little money...maybe build up some kind of cushion, you know just in case. I looked at a lot of ads online that promised income and some get rich quick scam, but the truth is, a lot of them really sounded phony.

I just wanted a legitimate way to generate additional income. And for sure I did not want to do any selling, telling, demonstrating, try to get someone to join something. Nothing like that. Just something I could rely on if the worst of my fears came true. I looked at a lot of ads online and in the paper that promised income and some real wealth. This is what I found out.

Facebook, YouTube, MySpace, Twitter...you've probably heard the names. You may even be using them. Several times a day. But you know what they are? Nothing less than a revolution. At the time my wife and some of our friends had a facebook account. And I thought they were just a waste of time. But, this is a revolution in the way people think, talk and buy things. Forget newspapers, magazines, traditional websites or email anymore. These sites are a fundamental shift...this century's all-new way of communicating! It's called Social Media. And it's big...You know how big?

So what does that mean to you and me? Well I found out that you can actually be making money on Social Media sites. And for free. This is the first time in history of this opportunity. This phenomenon was not available to our grandparents or to our parents, this was not even available 3 years ago. It is available today for the first time today here and now.

So how do you make money?

Have you ever wondered what those sponsored links are on the side of any website or social media site that you go to? And when you click on them you go to some major company's site. Well here's a secret, those ads are actually not posted by the major corporations themselves. Did you know that?

No, they are placed by individuals, people just like you and me. You see major corporations don't have the time or the resources to put their individual ads or "Sponsored Links" onto thousands or millions of web pages. They need our help. So what people do is they go online and all they do is place these ads with their own unique ID number all over the Internet. Especially to Facebook or to Twitter accounts. Social Media sites are free right? So when somebody places the ad, it doesn't cost any money. In fact even if the ad is shown 10,000 or 100,000 times it doesn't cost any money. **

But, here is the cool thing. The person that clicks on the ad, goes to a beautiful, professionally designed website by a major corporation. The website may ask for their name and e-mail address, get them a quote for something or it may ask them to try out a free service. Basically, these companies has spent tens of thousands of dollars on a professionally designed websites, with market research, possibly some celebrity spoke person to get them to take some type of action. And when they do, bam you can get paid $1, $50 or $100, just because they came through on the website link that you posted somewhere online.

You never had to learn how to build a professional website, invent a product or service, learn how to design a professional ad or write a sassy sales letter. Those all are given to you by the company. And the person that clicked through your link, never knew you were there.
